Lead Requip 360's Surat operations as General Manager. Own sales execution, operations, and team building for our physical parts marketplace and IoT-enabled maintenance platform serving textile factories.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue
(40%)- Drive customer acquisition: 15–20 textile factories per month
- Sales coaching: Pipeline reviews, deal coaching, objection handling
- Field presence: 3 days/week with sales team on customer visits
- Account management: Personally manage top 50 accounts
Operations Excellence
(30%)- Inventory management: Maintain optimal stock levels, prevent stockouts (<2%)
- Warehouse operations: Receiving, quality checks, storage, dispatch
- Delivery operations: Route optimization, >95% on-time delivery
- Vendor relationships: Negotiate with 50+ parts suppliers
Team Building & Leadership
(20%)- Recruit and onboard: 13 people by M1, scale to 20+ by M12
- Performance management: Weekly 1-on-1s, monthly reviews
- Culture building: Create high-energy, customer-obsessed culture
- Retention: Keep voluntary attrition below 15%/year
Customer Success
(10%)- NPS tracking: Maintain Net Promoter Score >60
- Churn prevention: Proactive outreach to at-risk accounts
- Escalation handling: Personally resolve VIP customer issues
Success Metrics
Must Have
- 5–7 years in operations or sales leadership (B2B manufacturing, distribution, or industrial)
- Team management experience: Built and led teams of 10–20 people
- P&L ownership: Managed budgets with significant responsibility
- Startup experience: Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Surat
