This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Requip Digital Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Requip Innovation Centre, Sonale-Bapgaon Rd, Sonale Village, Shivnagar, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra - 421302, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

This Policy sets forth the principles governing the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal data processed by the Company in connection with the use of the website www.requip.in (the “Website”) and any communication or transaction conducted with or through the Company.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising herefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
