Role Overview
Cross-functional execution lead ensuring Requip 360's phased rollout happens on time, on budget, and with quality. You are the operational glue coordinating Sales, Tech, Operations, and Finance to execute our ambitious 18-month plan.

Key Responsibilities
Phase Rollout Execution
(40%)- Own end-to-end execution of 3-phase business plan
- Coordinate hiring: Ensure timely team scaling from 16 to 68 people
- Track milestones and ensure decision gates are data-driven
- Weekly status reporting to Business Head
Process & Systems
(30%)- Design and implement operational processes across all functions
- Select and deploy core systems: CRM, inventory management, dispatch automation
- Build SOPs and training materials for scaling operations
- Create dashboards for real-time visibility into key metrics
Vendor & Risk Management
(30%)- Manage parts suppliers and IoT hardware vendors
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and SLAs
- Maintain risk register with mitigation plans
- Unblock teams and drive decision clarity
Success Metrics
Must Have
- 4–6 years in program management, operations, or strategy consulting
- Startup experience: 0→1 or early-stage companies (Seed to Series A)
- Cross-functional leadership: Led initiatives across engineering, sales, operations
- Systems thinker with strong execution track record
- Excel/SQL proficiency
Ideal Candidate
- Hyper-organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates issues
- Diplomatic influencer without formal authority
- Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or IoT businesses
- Prior consulting experience (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big 4) is a plus
